Live in March – Brussels & Luxembourg

TW COVER_1500x500_FLUME_1903_BE

So, given that we’re all holed up at the studio at present, working dawn till dusk trying to smash the papules off-of ALBUM no. 4 (working title only) we won’t be doing any live performancing for a few months…

…for two nights only, we will dismantle the whole rig, smash it into the van, and beff on over to Brussels via Luxembourg to party with Flume and PIAS like it’s 1999…

Fri 18th March – Rotondes, Luxembourg
Sat 19th March – PIAS Nites, Brussels

Dilate Special Edition Reissue

We are pretty stoked right now to announce that our new label Different Recordings will be reissuing Dilate WORLDWIDE as a special edition featuring the aforementioned brand new track ‘4AM‘ as well as various other sweet treats… It will be released on 1st April – THIS IS NOT A JAPE.

It’ll be available on 180g double vinyl with download code, CD and digital editions, with bonusy goodness in the form of ‘4AM’ and an array of new remixes including the immense Throwing Snow ‘Elliptic’ rework we released before Christmas. We’ve also bundled it up with our scuncing split fountain screen print t-shirt.

As mentioned this release will be WORLDWIDE, so no need to fork out for hefty imports if you live in rural Turkmenistan.

Pre-order this badboy now!

New single ‘4AM’

Who wants to hear a BRAND NEW TUNE??? Head on over to Notion right now where you can listen to our latest single ‘4AM‘ in all its sonic glory… It will be available on all services this Friday. You can also listen via the player below.

We’ve been working on a lot of new music recently and we thought this slab of noise might tide you over until album No. 4.

Here’s our own Lee J. Malcolm on the track:

“Writing this track was one of those special moments where you’re alone late at night in the studio and the world is asleep outside. I was messing around with my dad’s old Korg Trident and I stumbled across this chord sequence. After that the track just wrote itself. I imagined being in some epic sci-fi sequence and the stakes were getting more and more intense. Juxtaposed by the fast pace of the rhythm, the track came to life and it felt like there was a race to the end.”

Vessels sign to Different Recordings/Throwing Snow remix

Boon-slicers! We have some news that is pretty massive for us, and has been a while in the making… It’s been ten years since we started this band and what better way to celebrate a decade of music, and our best ever year, than to announce our signing to Different Recordings, the electronic imprint of PIAS.

To celebrate this union, Boiler Room have premiered a brand new ‘Elliptic‘ remix by the awesome Throwing Snow. His nimble fingers have transformed it into a total nod along bunt-fest…
